We sell digital vocal presets and offer mixing, mastering, and related audio engineering services. Descriptions, pricing, and delivery windows on product and service pages are part of the offer at the time of purchase.

Payments and delivery

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Instant-download products are delivered after successful checkout.
• Custom work requires intake details and files. Delivery times shown on the site are targets, not guarantees of a specific hour.

License

Purchased presets are licensed for your own music production and releases unless a product page states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the preset files or our branding.

Your content

You confirm you have the rights to any audio, stems, or references you upload. You grant us permission to use those materials only to fulfill your order.

Refunds

Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered. Custom service refunds are handled case by case before substantial work begins. Email xsychocaine@gmail.com with your order details.
