• Order and intake details you submit (name, email, project notes, uploaded session files).
• Payment-related identifiers processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site (for example, IP address used for security rate limits on admin login).

How we use it

• Fulfill orders, deliver files, and communicate about your project.
• Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Improve the site and respond to support requests.

Cookies and sessions

We use an HTTP-only session cookie for admin authentication only. Checkout and file uploads may set cookies required by Stripe, UploadThing, or your browser. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels or marketing analytics cookies on this site.

Processors

We use trusted processors such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (order records), UploadThing (file uploads), and Resend (email) when those features are enabled. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

Retention

Order and project data is kept as long as needed to deliver work, handle disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can email us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
